What happens after the 24-hour trial?
It becomes a monthly subscription of €39.99 unless you cancel before the trial ends. There is no minimum term and you can cancel from your dashboard in a couple of clicks.
What counts as one request?
One study analysed and explained. A study can contain several files — a series of images plus its report is still a single request.
What if I need more than 20 in a month?
Additional analyses are €5 each, charged only when you use them. Your plan does not change and there is nothing to upgrade.
Do I have to subscribe to use the DICOM tools?
No. The viewer, converter, anonymiser, inspector, metadata viewer and validator are free and always will be. They run in your browser and need no account.
Is an AI explanation a diagnosis?
No. It explains what your report or images say in plain language so you can follow the conversation with your doctor. It is informational only and does not replace a qualified healthcare professional.
